The "Preparing Your Marketing Plan for 2025" workshop is designed to help businesses and entrepreneurs strategically plan for the year ahead. This interactive session will cover essential marketing tactics, trends, and tools to help you craft a comprehensive plan that aligns with your business goals. Attendees will learn how to set measurable objectives, leverage emerging digital marketing channels, optimize social media strategies, and allocate resources effectively for maximum impact. Whether you’re refining an existing strategy or building one from scratch, this workshop will provide the insights and actionable steps you need to enter 2025 with confidence and clarity.

Instructor: Justin Hucke of Madison + Eden
Justin Hucke is the Co-Founder and President of Cincinnati-based marketing agency Madison + Eden. He has forged a dynamic career in marketing and communications specializing in brand storytelling, marketing strategy, and digital marketing, Justin's passion is helping small business and nonprofit clients grow in a way that makes sense for them - throwing out "one-size-fits-all" strategies.
Beyond his corporate role, Justin is a dedicated community leader, serving as the Founder and Board President of Queen City Charities, Inc. Queen City Charities is a nonprofit that funds grants for LGBTQ+ causes in the Greater Cincinnati area, with a bold mission to raise $1 million by 2025.
A Miami University graduate, Justin's passion for his community and philanthropy extends to his active involvement with Lighthouse Youth & Family Services, the Ohio Association of Commodores, and various other local nonprofits. In his free time, you'll find him enjoying pickleball or crafting his own gin-based cocktails.
Business Workshop : Retirement Plans for Small Businesses
This workshop is designed for small business owners and their employees to learn about various retirement plan options. It will cover the benefits and considerations of different plans such as 401(k), and SIMPLE IRA, highlighting the advantages of each for both employers and employees. Participants will also explore how to choose the right plan based on their business structure and size, the process of setting up a retirement plan, and strategies to encourage employee participation. The goal is to empower small businesses to make informed decisions that support long-term financial security for their workforce.
